BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Department of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into an amended Contract for Professional Services with Mike Little and Associates, relative to the South Chattanooga Demonstration Safewalk Project connecting the St. Elmo business district to Calvin Donaldson Elementary School, Calvin Donaldson Elementary School to McCallie Homes, and Wheeler Homes to Alton Park Community Center, for a revised amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
